Fishing available: Sea Trout, Salmon and Brown Trout. The Dargle is one of Ireland's premier sea-trout rivers producing plenty of 2-4 Ib fish between May and September. Salmon fishing can also be good in April/May and in August/September for grilse. Fishing rights to the lower reaches are controlled by the Dargle Anglers Club.
