EcoAdventure Ireland and An Óige have come together to provide both residential and non residential Field Study Programmes, School Tours and Multi Activity adventure days. Adult and corporate groups are also catered for. Conference facilities available. Situated on a sixty acre site in the magnificent glaciated Glencree valley near Enniskerry in Co Wicklow, An Óige's new €4m state of the art 5 star hostel offers top class affordable accommodation and food providing the perfect setting for outdoor activities while EcoAdventure Ireland brings a wealth of experience.
EcoAdventure Ireland is located less than one hour's drive from Dublin. With a wide range of programmes available we are uniquely placed to cater for all requirements in tailoring a package to suit your group.
Activities include: Pony trekking, mountain biking, archery, orienteering, low ropes, target shooting, basic survival training and team building tasks.
Facilities include a conference room, chill out room, games room, 76 beds (most en-suite) and state of the art kitchens.
CAMPS: EcoAdventure Ireland offers different camps - Residential Pony Camp, Residential Multi Activity Camp and Non Residential Multi Activity Camp. A Non Residential Pony Camp is also available from our sister company glendaloughadventure.ie
We are located approx 3 miles outside Enniskerry, Co Wicklow. From whatever part of Ireland you are coming from make your way onto the N11 and take the 'Enniskerry' exit. Continue and follow the signs for Enniskerry. Once in Enniskerry town centre, travel up the Glencree Road for approx. 3 miles. Turn left at Kilmalin (Knockree Hostel sign), continue forward, then take next sharp right turn (also signposted Knockree Hostel). Continue forward until you meet our hostel on your right-hand side.
