Attractions
One of the most renowned tourist attractions of the areas is the Avoca Hand weavers, this is the oldest hand weaving mill in Ireland and definitely worth a visit.
There is a multitude of things to see and do around Avoca and Wicklow, golfing, horse riding, cycling and fishing. Forest walks in Avondale, the former home of Charles Stewart Parnell. Powerscourt Gardens and waterfall and Mount Usher Gardens are only a half an hour’s drive from Avoca.
The Motte Stone and the long sand beaches of Arklow and Brittas Bay are all worth exploring.
