Our standard rooms are tastefuly decorated in white and crimson red. These rooms are peaceful and relaxing and have all the modern conveniences you may need. Each room has a plasma TV, tea/coffee making facilities, in-room safe, air conditioning, iron & ironing board and a hairdryer. Our standard rooms have a walk in shower in the bathroom. Standard rooms are only suitable to accommodate up two guests.

Offering the ultimate in relaxation, the spacious Tranquillity Spa is beautifully designed to stimulate the senses and restore serenity. Experience a place where luxury abounds and individual service is obtained. Where you can absorb yourself in an oasis of heat and water: escape and rejuvenate in the sanctuary provided.

Our spa consists of 9 Treatment Rooms, a Thermal Suite, a Cryotherapy Clinic and a Relaxation Area. Our therapists offer a selection of treatments including face and eye treatments, body wraps, masks & scrubs and a selection of massage therapies. The very special Sundari and Phytomer skin care products are used in our Spa.

Sundari is a collection of Ayurvedic inspired luxury skincare products. Ayurveda, acknowledged as the oldest medicine science in India, teaches that the balancing of mind, body and spirit will ultimately lead to peace, harmony and lasting beauty. 

Phytomer utilizes the riches of the ocean such as seaweeds and seawater to provide a 100% safe and natural solution to all skincare concerns and body conditions. These incredible marine extracts contain all the trace elements and minerals vital for our health and well-being.

We recommend you arrive one hour prior to your treatment time to enjoy the exclusive facilities in the Thermal Suite which will enhance your experience. We have separate male and female changing rooms and we provide you
with robes, slippers and towels. We also offer refreshments in our comfortable Relaxation Area after your treatments.

The Thermal Suite is available for an hour at a time. We recommend you enjoy it before any treatments, to encourage  maximum relaxation. Please bring swimwear with you. The thermal experience is made up of 6 components:
Heated Loungers, Hydrotherapy Pool, Steam Room, Finnish Sauna, Laconium (dry heat Roman sauna) and Life Style Showers.

The Thermal Suite opens from 9.00 am Mon – Sat and from 10.00 on Sunday. The thermal experience is complimentary with every treatment of 55 minutes and over and is available for hotel residents at €20 or non-residents at €35.

We are the first hotel in Ireland or the UK with a Cryotherapy Clinic. First established in Japan in 1979, Cryotherapy is the controlled exposure of extremely low temperatures to localized areas of the body. The rapid application of cold air acts as a therapeutic agent to alleviate symptoms and speed the healing process, reduces recovery time from muscle strain and injuries and gives pain relief in illness such as arthritis.

lovely hotel with very friendly accomodating staff which could not be faulted, however, we were in the disabled access room and the toilets were not as clean as i would have expected. there was dried and caked soap on the soap racks and staining on the floor around the wet room. there was also a rip in our sheets that we didnt notice untill we went to bed. our room had an adjoining door which was locked but you could hear everything going on in the room next door because there was just a door between the two rooms.

Stayed In Whites Hotel 12th 13th November. Only booked last minute.. Two days before we were due to stay at the hotel I received a phone call from a member of staff at the Hotel to advise us the only room they had left was a room in the basement facing a wall. I was not very happy and made this clear to the member of staff. She advised me not to cancel and she would see what she could do.. The next day she called and said they received a cancellation and confirmed a superior room. I was very impressed with the way the problem was sorted and we had a lovely stay.
