Wexford, known as, The Sunny South East, is Ireland's best kept secret! The Blue Door B&B is probably the most central Quality Approved B&B in Wexford Town. Just take a  stroll down the narrow streets paved in an abundance of history from the Blue Door to an array of pubs with local musicians, charming shops and quaint restaurants.
Wexford town is a central location to areas such as Kilkenny, Waterford and Dublin all steeped in History. Rosslare Ferryport for ferries to the UK and France is only a 15 minute drive away. The bus and train station is only a two minute walk away.
Wexford and the surrounding area hosts home to many attractions guaranteed to make you want to return for another visit to the area such as Wexford’s Annual Opera Festival, Wexford Golf Club, Shelmalier Riding Stables, National Heritage Park, Wexford Wildfowl Reserve, Johnstown Castle Gardens, West Gate Tower and Selskar Abbey.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was really spacious and had a charming character. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety we could choose from.
