We had a lovely room overlooking the back garden. The breakfast was very nice and the location is great, a 2 min walk to the beach and near to Kellys Hotel where we were attending a 40th birthday.

House was excellent. Missed breakfast but presume very good as everything else was. Mildly expensive for a B&B esp. as local hotels cheaper (though were booked out). GoIreland fee rather high too. Over all very satisfied.
Facilities Include 4 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. Tea coffee making facilities. Packed lunches available. Babysitting service available. Garden for guest’s use. Private parking.
