scenic drives

There are three well-signposted scenic drives in County Wexford. Just follow the brown road signs to see some of Wexford's natural heritage at its best. The Bannow Drive - pick up the first sign at Wellingtonbridge on the R733. The Slaney Drive - pick up the first sign at the National Heritage Park, just off the start of N11. The Hook Drive - pick up the first sign at Tintern Abbey, just off the R733. In addition to these scenic routes another suggestion is to follow The Heritage Quest. This is a driving tour based around 6 sites of historical importance in County Wexford. A very helpful and informative leaflet is available to accompany this tour. Ask for it, free of charge, at any Tourist Office.
