Courtown is reputed to get the most sunshine hours in Ireland, so it's good to know that there is a 5km sandy beach here where you can spend your days soaking up the sun, walking the beach, and swimming. Enjoy a round of golf in Courtown's 18-hole golf course or fish for some brown trout on the Ounavarragh River. It can also be used as a base for touring Wexford and visiting attractions such as Ram House Gardens and Ferns Abbey.
