The National 1798 Visitor Centre in Enniscorthy tells the story of the rebellion and its aftermath in 1798. Visitors can enjoy a multi media presentation, the highlight of which is the Battle of Vinegar Hill.
It's located just off the N30 and the N11, about 0.5km from Enniscorthy town centre. Facilities here include a coffee shop and a craft/gift shop.

Summer – Monday to Friday: 9.30am - 5pm (last tour).
Saturday & Sunday: 11am - 5pm
Winter – Monday to Friday: 9.30am - 4pm, with last admission at 3pm.
