I have also painted some abstract pieces which are inspired by the landscape around the Hook Peninsula. Dark slate blues imbued with colourful fossilised creatures laid down over millenia in the sedimentary rock formations of the South East coast. Images such as 'Seascape' suggest the craggy rugged coastline which on closer looking reveal the tiny marine animals trapped in the ancient strata.
