Le Tire Bouchon is a high quality 55-seat, fine dining restaurant located over the "Sky and the Ground" pub, in Wexford Town. A member of "The Panel of Chefs of Ireland", Euro-Toques Head Chef Kevin Carley and Sous Chef Lukasz Gorski, use only the finest local ingredients to produce a unique style of classic French and European dishes. Our 3 Michelin Star trained Maitre d' Arnaud Clement and 1 Michelin star trained sommelier Romain Lequellec, has personally selected each one of our 50 varieties of wine. We aim to appeal to many tastes and offer the opportunity for truly fabulous fine-dining done in a totally non-intimidating way.

Prices vary according to each dish Starters range from 6 euro to 12 euro, mains vary from 15 euro to 28 euro.

We are currently offering a 5 course bistro style menu plus 1 glass of wine for only 23.95 available Sun – Thurs between 6pm-9pm and Fri - Sat between 6pm-7pm as an early bird option
