The breakfast. The breakfast cannot be understated. There were great options such as the traditional fry which I went for and the pancakes which my girlfriend had. There were also homemade breakfasts there, a ginger and fruit concoction which was really good, cheese and some interesting combinations such as porridge and whiskey. The quality of the food was exceptional, as was the way it was cooked, presented and delivered. Quite simply, the best breakfast I've had in 28 years. The area was beautiful, the farmhouse very well kept with a real age old country atmostphere. They just need to get around to renovating the attached castle and integrating it into their business.
