There is a blue flag beach just minutes away and Wexford town has plenty to see and do such as the theatre as well as the arts, heritage and cultural centres. Also located nearby is the North Slobs Bird Sanctuary and Nature Reserve.

Hotel facilities include the Curracloe Tavern, which is an ideal place for a drink or two in the evening. There's also Blake Restaurant, an award winning restaurant that transforms some of the finest local produce and delivers the best in traditional and international cuisine.
There's plenty of entertainment on the premises itself but if you feel like getting out, then the village of Curracloe is an excellent option and lets you get a real taste of the pub culture in Ireland. If you're looking for a nice sandy beach, Curracloe Strand is just 2km away. It's sometimes reputed to be the longest beach in Europe at 8.5km long. The beach was used to film the D-Day sequence in the movie Saving Private Ryan.
Attractions within easy reach include the Irish Agricultural Museum which is located on the grounds of Johnstown Castle. There's also the Irish National Heritage Park which details the remains of settlements from the area that date back several thousands of years.

An easy short distance from Rosslare ferry, clean and comfortable, reasonally priced. I am a wheelchair user and the hotel offered a lift and a room with disabled facilities, however the entrance of the hotel had a step which was difficult to access in a motorised wheelchair, excellent full irish breakfast bought to our room.

The Hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful, when I asked if we could have a room with a better view we were moved straight away. We would certainly recommend your Hotel to anyone travelling in that area. The food was excellent and plentiful.
