Description

When you stay here you will be close to one of Wexford’s best loved beauty spots, Kilmore Quay. It is in this little seaside fishing village you will get to see the now rare whitewashes cottages with thatched roofs. From here you can catch a boat to the uninhabited Saltee Islands, which are very popular with bird watchers. This village is also home to some very nice traditional pubs and seafood restaurants. This is also a great place to enjoy a spot of fishing.

Family with kids

These guys were a bit off the beaten path and the family who runs the place were lovely. Mary, the owner, went out of her way to see us comfortable. The front yard is VERY kid friendly, they have swings, a see saw and one of those cool duel swing thingies. :) Aside from the cost (70 euro per night is a little high IMO), it was perfect. You will definitely need a car if you stay at this B&B.
