Travel along the Crescent and take a right hand turn at the traffic lights right before the Talbot Hotel. Then take the next left onto Barrack Street. Continue to the crossroad and Dooley’s B&B is located here. It’s right in the heart of Wexford town, off the main street directly behind the Talbot Hotel.
Wexford Town offers a selection of amenities amidst a maze of narrow streets, lanes and walkways. Learn the heroic story of John Barry whose bronze statue stands tall in the Crescent. The statue was presented to the Irish people by the U.S. government in honour of his outstanding contribution to the naval annals of his adopted home. The town is host to a number of festivals throughout the year such as the Wexford Opera Festival, the Wexford In Bloom Festival and the Wexford Viking Festival to mention a few. Otherwise you can always take a guided tour from Westgate Heritage Centre and discover all the treasures of Wexford Town
Dooley’s B&B is located in the heart of Wexford town centre so is ideally situated within walking distance of all local attractions and amenities. Upon arrival, guests are treated to a complimentary tea or coffee and a tasty Irish breakfast is served each morning to ensure guests don’t begin the day hungry! We offer 6 ensuite bedrooms that are comfortable and bright to ensure our guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our rooms are all decorated and furnished to a high standard and all have central heating, tv, free internet access, tea/coffee making facilities We are an ideal location for touring the South East area of Ireland.
There are a total of six bedrooms in the property, each of them have full en-suite facilities. All of the bedrooms are comfortable and bright and come with central heating and TV. Each of the guestrooms are decorated and maintained to a high standard. Tea and coffee are available on request throughout the day at the B&B.
If you’d prefer to get out of the town for a while, then you have a choice of three beautiful and scenic drives to discover the Wexford countryside – The Bannow Drive, The Hook Drive and The Slaney Drive. There is also The Heritage Quest; a journey of discovery based around 6 very important historical sites in the county. Ask at any Tourist Office for information on these excursions. Of course, there are numerous golf courses in the region so you can practice your swing or if you’re lucky enough you could get a hole in one. On you’re way back to the B&B after an eventful day, stop off at one of the local bars or restaurants and experiences Irish hospitality at its best. Wexford has all the ingredients to make a perfect holiday location for couples and families alike.

On arrival at Dooley’s Bed & Breakfast, you are treated to complimentary tea or coffee. The breakfast is very tasty and plentiful at the property and there is no shortage of seconds if you request it. For the early risers, an early morning call is also available.
