The Health Club The central focus is our fabulous 20 metre pool, accommodating the serious swimmer as well as the leisurely splasher. In addition to the pool, there is a Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Sauna and Gym. There is a dedicated children’s pool at the entrance of the pool area - ideal for relaxed, supervised fun.
The Health Club is also home to Ireland’s very first Hydrotherapy Grotto. There are various hydro features for you to try, including the foot spa, neck and shoulder massage fountain, high-powered full body intensive massage station and the stone walk waterfall. The Solas Croí Eco Spa is a uniquely designed structure spanning 4 stories and topped by a dome. German designed, it is the only one of its kind in Ireland. It is dedicated to providing visitors with an opportunity to renew their spirits and nurture their innate natural and spiritual beauty. We do this without exposure to harsh chemicals or invasive procedures practiced by more traditional Spas.
