Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The spa was a wonderful experience.
Quite a nice hotel. Friendly staff overall. Breakfast was lovely until we tried to eat the sausages. They were like rocks and we felt they were re-heated from the previous day. Which made us wonder what else was re-heated. We sent them back but did notice the tray which was on the buffet table was NOT replaced so others must have got the re-heats too. They did offer to change them but we declined. That was the only glitch in our stay and to give them the benefit of the doubt, it could have just been a once off.
It was basic and clean the staff were very friendly and helpful and the health club and spa were fantastic.
Although the hotel room was very clean and quiet it was not up to standard of other 4 star hotels i have stayed in. It was very dated and stark in comparison. The bed was a little uncomfortable and felt as if it had been WELL slept in as there was a hollow feeling to the matress. The shower was way too hot and would not cool down with adjustment of dial, consequently i could not use it (i reported this on check-out)

Excellent! The room we stayed in was much bigger and more modern than I had expected! Enjoyed dinner, the pool, massages and the bar! Could not have asked for more.
Overall a very pleasant experience and I have recommended it to friends.
