Golden sandy beaches are only a short drive where you can spend the day relaxing and soaking up the sun. There is an abundance of outdoor activities for you to enjoy during your stay like golf (2km), fishing (1km), horse riding (1km) and hill walking. The cottages are situated only 3km from one of Ireland’s busiest ports, Rosslare Harbour. Eight kilometres north of the harbour is the town of Rosslare, worth visiting for its long sandy beach and opportunities for water sports. Some attractions for you to visit during your stay include Our Lady’s Island,Westgate Heritage Centre and Tacumshane Windmill, one of the last intact windmills left in Ireland.
