The Kennedy Homestead was the birthplace of Patrick Kennedy, the great grandfather of America's youngest ever president – John F Kennedy. Through exhibitions, photographs and an audio visual display it tells the story of those who stayed in Dunganstown and Patrick Kennedy who emigrated to America in 1848. The Kennedy's actually still own the house.
