Directions
From Galway Direction
Take the second exit off the Athlone bypass. Then take the 3 rd exit off the roundabout and continue straight ahead in the direction of Athlone Town Centre(N61). Take a left hand turn at the next junction onto the R446 in the direction of Athlone Town Centre. Lynchs Garage should be on your left hand side. At the next set of traffic lights take a right and continue as far as the Battery Roundabout. Take the thrid exit off this roundabout and travel onwards until you cross the Battery Bridge. Then take an immediate left after the bridge. The entrance to the Shamrock Lodge is on your right.
From Dublin Direction
As you approach the main Athlone roundabout (Kilmartin’s N6 Centre/Cleggan Court Hotel) take the second exit off this roundabout and continue straight through every roundabout until you reach the town centre. Drive over the town bridge and continue to the left around by Athlone Castle. Keep following the one- way system until you reach Battery Roundabout. Drive straight over the bridge and then take an immediate left after the bridge. The entrance to the Shamrock Lodge Hotel is located on the right.

The newly developed Shamrock Lodge Hotel offers 32 deluxe bedrooms, 8 superior bedrooms, and 12 executive suites.
All deluxe, superior rooms and executive suites are spacious and mirror the hotel’s tasteful elegant style.
Our executive suites have two well appointed bedrooms, one double and one twin room with television in each. The very spacious living area is equipped with Sofa bed, plasma screen television and telephone. In total, our executive suites will sleep 6 people. The adjoining kitchenette area has a fridge, tea/coffee facilities and microwave.
