Description

Of course this historical town and its hinterland is dotted with lots of attractions, the most popular being the Fore Abbey, the castle at Castlepollard, Belvedere House and Gardens. The many woodlands and lakes that surround the town create perfect opportunities for fishing, nature trails and water sports.

Directions to moorland

From Mullingar follow signs for Dublin. Turn left at the first roundabout and continue straight on at the second roundabout. B&B well signposted.

Rooms

Moorlands Bed and Breakfast has six guestrooms including a single room, four double rooms and a room with a double and single bed. All rooms have electric blankets and their own ensuite. the bedrooms are comfortable, Tastefully furnished and ground floor bedrooms are also available.
