Travelling from Athlone, take the N55 North (Ballymahon) to Glasson. At the north end of the village take a left 3.5kms. Located just 200 yards from the Glasson Golf and Country Club.
Each holiday home can accommodate 5 people and include 1 double ensuite, 1 twin, 1 single bedroom and a main bathroom. All bedrooms are both comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern convenience. Bed linen and towels are supplied free. What better way to end the day than to unwind in front of a cosy open fire in the sitting room or relax on the beautiful sun deck.
Golf Athlone Golf Club is one of the longest established clubs in Ireland. It is a beautiful 18-hole parkland course, which is situated on the shores of Lough Ree Other Attractions include Dean Crown Theatre, Athlone Little Theatre, boating and cruising, angling, walking, sports and leisure.
Athlone Town Athlone town has a wide range of shops, restaurants and services catering for all needs. It is an ideal base to explore the midlands from its wild beauty to the delights of the Shannon and Lough Ree. Athlone Castle And Visitors Centre Athlone Castle was built in 1210. The exhibition center covers an Introduction to Athlone and to the Castle. The Siege of Athlone is recreated through an exciting audio-visual presentation. Glendeer Open Farm Take the whole family for a day out in Glendeer Open Farm. Explore the nature walk, where old horse drawn farm machinery can be viewed. The children and adults can feed the pet animals, which include deer, pot belly pigs, ponies, donkeys, Jersey cows, sheep, goats, peacocks. Glendeer Open Farm is a brilliant day out for all.

Good view over the golf course and loch. Easy access to motorway. Plenty of good eating places and nearby garage and store provide everything for self catering and touring.
