Woodlands is a quaint and attractive bungalow style B&B set on a dairy farm in the charming Cappoquin area of Waterford, close to the Knockmealdown Mountains.
Woodlands happens to have a large garden area where you can sit out and take in the breathtaking sight of the local mountains. It’s also a family friendly residence with a babysitting service so you can bring the kids along to see the farm.
There are three rooms, two of which are en suite, and the residence is fully central heated, while a private car park is provided for guests.

Each of the rooms is on the ground floor giving workable accessibility for people with disabilities.
The local area surrounding Woodlands is a beautiful and tranquil spot. Walk the woodlands along the Blackwater Valley or marvel at the estuary of the River Blackwater. If you fancy a day by the sea head down to lively Youghal where the promenade is littered with pubs and restaurants. Why not go for a spot of golf at nearby Lismore Golf Club or a bit of trout and salmon fishing at the Blackwater. Be sure to have a glance at the magical Lismore Castle while you’re passing through.
