Description
There’s a garden in the grounds of the castle where you can have a wander and soak up the fresh air.
There are five en suite rooms in total with internet access as well as a television, tea making facilities and a hair dryer. The whole premises is non smoking and fully central heated, and along with being a family orientated B&B, they also provide packed lunches and have a license to sell wine so you can enjoy a tipple with your meal.
Staying at The Castle Country House means that you can investigate the beautiful town of Dungarvan. Wander down by the sea and have a swim at the beautiful Clonea beach, or marvel at the ruins of Dungarvan Castle and the remnants of the old Catholic Augustian Priory. There’s a wealth of things to do here, from every outdoor sport you can imagine to a range of pubs and restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a meal.
