Was staying with my daughter and 2 dogs! Great to be allowed to take dogs along and room had wooden floor ! They didnt charge extra.

The family run hotel was simply so welcoming - the best welcome we had during the entirety of our stay in Ireland! Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone was so friendly.
Overall Hotel was clean, central to all amenieties in Tramore and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

We were very surprised to received a complaint regarding our staff. They are trained to ensure that all guests are treated with the utmost care & courtesy. We will, however, review our training procedures to ensure this does not happen again. This guest will be contacted to discuss the matter further.

Much nicer than we expected for the off-season visitor.
My son and I were late arriving. We had advised the hotel beforehand. When we arrived the bar staff had our key, showed us to our room and very willingly prepared an excellent meal for us.
V friendly good for kids.
I thought that O'Shea's hotel was very welcoming. There was a very relaxed atmosphere and we felt comfortable! As my boyfriend and I got engaged that weekend, we felt that by experiencing excellent hospitality in the hotel, our memories of that weekend are not marred or ruined. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in O'Sheas. The staff were lovely and it is so close to all amenities.
