Travel on the R675 off the main road from Rosslare Harbour to Cork (N25). The hotel is located on the main road from Waterford into Tramore.
Conveniently the hotel is just a short distance from various cities and airports around the country. For example;
Waterford City & Airport - 10 minutes
Dublin - 2.5 hours
Limerick/Shannon/Cork - 2 hours
Rosslare Harbour - 1 hour.
The guestrooms of the Majestic Hotel have recently been refurbished. The wooden floors and wide comfortable beds are decorated and maintained to a good standard. All of the bedrooms have full en-suite facilities as well as TV, phone and complimentary hospitality tray. Under the personal management of the proprietors Danny and Annette Devine, you can be guaranteed and warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you step through the doors of this wonderful hotel.

The busy seaside resort of Tramore offers a wide variety of local amenities such as angling, canoeing, diving, surfing and sailing. As well as all this, the excellent leisure park, Splashworld is next door to the hotel. A trip to Waterford should not be complete without a guided tour of the famous Waterford Crystal Factory in Waterford City just 15-minutes away.
Other places of interest not so far away include medieval Kilkenny City and the ancient Rock of Cashel in Tipperary. And not to forget Tramore Golf Club and the circuit of other golf courses in the area that cater for large or small golfing devotees. Waterford is the perfect base to discover all that the South East countryside has to offer, with its great beaches, remarkable history and welcoming locals. What more could you ask for?

Dining room staff seemed to buckle under breakfast pressure - no sign to wait to be seated until atfer a problem arose - everyone had to ask for tea and toast - long wait - staff seemed frazzled - the food was grand though
