Very enjoyable stay, beautiful Hotel.
Reception staff were excellent and went all out to give me good service.
The staff in the restaurant were extremely rude. They never spoke only to ask what you wanted. There was a fan outside our window which was going all night so not much sleep was had. The staff at reception were extremely unwelcoming. Did not say anything as the overall attitude of the staff was very bad. I would overnight a lot in waterford and so would my business companions. But i certainly would not recommend here to stay.
