Directions

From Dublin: M50 – When you reach Waterford take a left turn down the Quays to the
“Tower Hotel”, then take the first turn left after the hotel. It is approx. 20 minutes drive to
Dunmore East from here.
From Rosslare Harbour: Follow signs to Waterford City North and follow directions as
above.
On the outskirts of the village you will see Avon Lodge B&B on your left and a sign for the
“Strand” or “Harbour” also on your left. Immediately take the right turn and Forest Haven
is on the left. They are yellow houses with coloured doors.

Description

Dunmore East lies 14km south east of Waterford city and is an ideal seaside retreat from the hectic pace of modern day living. The village itself offers an excellent choice of bars and restaurants where fresh seafood is always on the menu. It’s also a fantastic base for exploring the attractive coastline of the south east of Ireland while any golf fan will be in golfer’s heaven with links at Dunmore East, Faithlegg and Tramore offering superb golfing facilities.
