Oh my gosh, loved this hotel! We were splurging a little and received FAR more than we expected! This was most beautiful hotel we stayed in (in a month of traveling) and absolutely full service. It's just what you would hope for in an Irish hotel, still has the charm of Ireland but also the comfort travelers look for, and located VERY well, which we appreciated on a rainy afternoon. The Waterford museum and tourist info are just a few doors down and the Eirann bus service operates across the street (which we relyed on). The city centre is also a very short walk around the block behind the hotel.

really nice hotel but found it to warm in hotel and its rooms asked staff about it and they could do nothing for use, other than that it was a lovely hotel not alot off entertainment

A really warm welcome and a lovely hotel ... just disappointed that it was only a 1 night stay. We will definitely be back!

The hotel bathroom need's up dating ,but apart from that it was enjoyable stay.

The hotel itself needs updating as it is dreary, but the staff were excellent and the dinner we had in the restaurant was very good. The restaurant far outweighed the hotel!

Dooley's Hotel was fantastic - I can't fault it at all. The room was clean, the en suite was a great size. The bar was lovely in the evening for a few drinks before heading out to the surrounding pubs/restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything about this hotel was well above average, in my opinion. Good shopping nearby too, and perfect access to train and bus terminal.

A lot better than my first impression, from the outside it appears unimpressive but was quite the opposite nice room, nice resturant, nice bar and frendly staff also nicely situated.
