Dawn Bed and Breakfast is an attractive bungalow style guesthouse located in the Kilmeaden area of County Waterford.
Located in a charming part of the Waterford countryside, Dawn Bed and Breakfast has a lovely garden area with outside seating where you can recline in peace and fill your lungs with the fresh rural air. There’s also a parking area for guests where you can leave the car.
There are three different en suite rooms at this residence, each of which is non smoking and has a TV so you can surf through the channels in the comfort of your own room.

Directions

From Rosslare take N25 Waterford/Cork road using waterford bypass.  When arriving at Carrig road roundabout stay on N25 approx 4km.  See sign for Dawn Bed and Breakfast on left. 

Description

It’s fully central heated and there are ground floor bedrooms which makes it accessible for people with disabilities.
Dawn Bed and Breakfast is located in the quaint town of Kilmeaden where there are plenty of good pubs if you fancy a drink and a bite to eat. Golfers would do well to head to Waterford Golf Club or championship course Tramore, both within close proximity. Why not head to Waterford Town which is only 10 minutes drive away and go for a walk around the City Walls? Or head to Dunmore East where the opportunities for water sports are vast. Alternatively the majestic bay of Tramore is within easy reach.
