Cliff House is a strikingly attractive and luxurious B&B in the coastal town of Tramore in Ireland’s County Waterford. It’s a well designed and eye catching property with large palm trees out the front and huge glass windows which allow you to gaze out onto Tramore Bay. There’s a well manicured garden where you can relax, have a stroll, and take in the fresh sea air coming in off the Irish Sea. Cliff House has six rooms, all of which have good quality en suite facilities and are decked out with a television, hair dryer and a kettle for tea and coffee making.

Cliff House bed and breakfast is signposted when you come into Tramore. Just off the R675 as you leave Tramore heading for Dungarvan, turn left at the Spar shop.
Cliff House is in walking distance of Tramore Golf Club, Tennis Club, Newtown Cove, Tramore beach and Amusement park. Pubs and restaurents and bus stop.
Needless to say the premises is fully central heated and operates a non smoking policy. It has a secure private car park for your motor. Staying at Cliff House puts you right in the heart of the idyllic landscapes of the Tramore area of Waterford, where you can languish on the local beach or indulge in any manner of water sports or outdoor pursuits and make the most of the area. Why not go and check out the Waterford Crystal Factory and see the home of the famous glass makers, or have a round of golf and a slap up meal at the truly majestic Waterford Castle and Golf Club.
All spacious en suite rooms are decorated to a very high standard with TV, Clock radio, hairdryers, sweets etc. They are very well appointed and some have spectacular sea views. All rooms have free WIFI.

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony that had a great view of the landscape and water. It was beautiful. The house was located close to town, which made walking great.

The setting, the welcome, the food...what more needs to be said.
There is a beautiful large conservatory for guests use. You can sit and relax with a cup of tea or coffee and admire the view of the sea and landscaped garden. The Conservatory has a TV and reading material for guests use. If you prefer to can walk in the garden or sit by the beautiful array of flowers and tranquil water feature. Come for the view, stay for the service!
