Staff were friendly ,but rooms were very dark , water and biscuits would have been a nice touch - a smell of smoke down the alleyway led me to believe that some guests were smoking in their rooms - not good for our six month old , but otherwise very nice.

Zaks Restaurant
We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week and our chefs prepare an eclectic mix of Irish and Continental dishes. Great emphasis is placed on purchasing locally produced food at all times. To compliment your meal you can choose from our worldwide array of wines and champagnes from our cellar. Our team members will assist you at any stage.

Bar and Residents lounge
Guests can relax and unwind in our Bar area or take a seat in our comfortable lounge area. After our main bar closes our residents lounge continues to serve until the early hours. 

Each Friday and Saturday night our resident pianist takes to the grand piano and helps to create a relaxing atmosphere.

In the summer time enjoy dining or sitting outside on our large patio area which has views of the River Suir and Waterford City
