Savour the tranquil country setting of this spacious, modern house set on a family farm in South Tipperary that trains racehorses, grows vegetables, and keeps hens.

Located 10km from Clonmel, 8km from Cahir, 12km from Cashel, and 8km from Fethard, the house sleeps up to 8 people, with 3 rooms on the ground floor and one upstairs. A cot can also be provided.  There is a ground-floor bathroom ideally suited to anyone with mobility difficulties. A large children's playroom means everyone can get some space in a safe environment.

The area is an ideal base for discovering all that South Tipperary, Cork, and Waterford have to offer. Located across the road is a small country pub that also sells basic groceries. You'll find a pub serving meals 4 km down the road. The setting is an organic farm with vegetables, pigs, cows, hens and horses. You can be supplied with any fresh seasonal produce you may require. The owners work on the farm and are always on hand to answer any questions or provide assistance.

From Clonmel take the Cahir road, after Barne lodge pub take next right for New Inn & Cashel we are 2 miles up this road on the left opposite the pub.
From Cahir take the Clonmel Road, on the round about take Clonmel exit, take next left for Fethard and follow this road to Poulmucka we are on the left at crossroads.
From Cashel go to New Inn village, at centre of the village turn right for Poulmucka. We are 3 mile down this road on the right as you enter Poulmucka.

This house is set on a family farm at Poulmucka, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.  Relish the tranquil setting, knowing you can also nip across the road to the pub for a quiet drink.  The house is 10km from Clonmel, 8km from Cahir, 12km from Cashel, and 8km from Fethard. It sleeps up to eight people, with one single, two doubles, one three-bed room. There are two bathrooms, a children’s playroom, and a large combined kitchen/dining area with a solid fuel stove, where guests can prepare and enjoy meals together.

Discover all that south Tipperary, south Cork, and west Waterford have to offer. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, riding, angling, golf, shopping and much more. The house also serves as an excellent base for touring the region's highlights, including the castles in Cahir, Cashel, Carrick-on-suir, and Fethard; the Vee Valley; Mitchelstown Caves; the Glen of Aherlow; the Knockmealdown Mountains; and the Galtees. Golfing and various other various sports are also available with golf courses, swimming pools, and racecourses nearby. Clonmel is the shopping centre of south Tipperary, offering a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Clonmel also boasts two indoor children's play centres, bowling, swimming, cinema, theatre, and several pubs and nightclubs.
