glen of aherlow walking festival 2008

This two day annual festival is an ideal opportunity to explore the Glen of Aherlow and many of the lakes, mountains, rivers, and forestry that form the unspoilt scenery of South Tipperary. There are walks of varying grades so you can either get stuck in with the strenuous climbs or take it easy and work your way up with a few gentler strolls. There are even some non-walking activities being held for those travelling with walkers but do no wish to go walking themselves.
