I was delighted with info given to me on my journey in morning by the young night porter (thank you). I did enjoy the Tuesday night dance. I would have liked a small pot of coffee with my Breakfast. Nice Hotel.
Good location, facilities and food. Decor of restaurant is too stark, feels like you are in an entrance hall rather than a cosy eatery.
Hotel was very nice. When we arrived, the room had no towels and the TV didn't work. We complained and were offered an upgraded room. We were happy to accept that. One member of reception staff could benefit from an up to date customer service course. Hotel porter very helpful, duty manager also.
I liked that I could book online and there was a map to help locate the hotel which was convenient to find. The staff were most helpful and the service was good.
We were just there for one night and went out in Clonmel town for a friends birthday. I thought the rooms were very nice. The only downside was that the TV didnt work. But there was no point in complaining as we got back late and would be leaving early the next morning ... but it wouldnt hurt for these things to be checked now and again.
