Bayly Farm B&B is a charming 19th century farmhouse, situated on 130 acres of working farmland on the outskirts of Nenagh town in County Tipperary. It has a superb tranquil setting, as it's surrounded by parkland and the Nenagh River.
The accommodation has three delightful guestrooms all of which boast panoramic views. You can choose to stay in a twin room called the Keeper Room, a double room called the Garden Room or a twin room called the River Rooms.

Two of the rooms are ensuite, while one twin has a private bathroom. Rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with in room amenities like a hair dryer, a TV, a trouser press and tea making facilities.
Bayly Farm has a peaceful rural setting, yet it's close to all the attractions and amenities of Nenagh town. While here, you days can be filled with enjoying outdoor activities like fishing, boating, golfing, horseriding and quiet country walks. In the town of Nenagh, you can eat out, enjoy a few drinks in the local pubs, or visit attractions like Nenagh Castle, the Franciscan Friary and the Heritage Centre in the former County Gaol.

From Nenagh, take R498 in direction of Thurles. Pass TYONE Mills, Immediately turn right to Ballinalough. After 2km, lane on right, entrance to Bayly Farm.
