The hotel was great. Pool was a little small, but food staff and the hotel itself were very good.
Good location and very relaxing. Sadly just overnight stop before travelling home, so no experience of the local area. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant average.
No atmosphere - hotel was like a mausoleum. Service was non existent - all staff with the exception of the reception staff ignored guests or at best met requests for service with long delays and indifference. Golf course was good but very wet due to weather conditions.
The hotel has recently undergone a change of ownership, and we now trade as Ballykisteen Hotel & Golf Resort, which trades as a four star deluxe hotel. Excessive training and development has been carried out at all levels of staffing, where we now pride ourselves in our high levels of return guests and guest satisfaction.
Unfortunately the weather still is the same here in Ireland and we do get wet days. However the golf course is in tremendous condition, and we would defiantly welcome you back to play the course and stay at the re branded Ballykisteen Hotel & Golf Resort.

It was a beautiful way to start out our tour of Ireland! Everything in the hotel was nice and modern/contemporary in style. Having a view of the golf course was great! We loved it!
It was a beautiful hotel, food wonderful and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Excellent really enjoyed our stay.
We did not visit Tipperary since it was appaling weather. We were touring Ireland but our last night at the hotel was excellent and finished our tour on a high note thank you!
Very clean, efficient, friendly.
