From Tipperary town: Take the road for Clonmel. After 2.5 miles you will see a bend in the road and take the road by the left, Springhouse B&B on the left. Drive a short distance and you will see a large entrance on right, white gates, Arraghaslea House on Piers. Drive in past old church (inside entrance) to end of long avenue. House opposite Church is not Arraghslea House.

From Bansha: Drive straight through towards Tipperary town, for 2.5 miles, bend on road, Springhouse B&B.
