A small oval area, into the wall of which a number of decorated stones have been built. Many of the stones have crosses in relief, either plain or with a ring. One larger stone is the head of a High Cross with, on top, a scene showing one man surrounded by two others (the Arrest of Christ?). The shaft of the cross has disappeared, but the base still rests under the head. Pilgrimages still take place to the spot, and some of the stones may not be grave slabs but votive offerings - the ancestors of the more gaudy ones found there today.
