A recent extension includes a spacious kitchen and sun room where you can relax in comfort whatever the weather. A drying room has also been added, so guests can hang wetsuits and store fishing equipment.

Directions

Travel on the N4 to Sligo. Take the N59 and follow the signs for Ballina. At Dromore West take the R297 and travel approx 7km to Easkey village, Cross the bridge in the village. It is the 3rd House on the left hand side.

The property is both spacious and comfortable and is an ideal haven to enjoy a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of modern day life. Easkey is famous for its river, which has good salmon and sea trout fishing from June to October. This family-friendly property provides bed linen and towels free of charge. Visit Lissadell House in Drumcliffe or learn about Sligo’s Stone Age history at the Sligo County Museum.

 The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, UPSTAIRS: - 3 bedrooms,  1 of which is ensuite  - 2 with double beds and 1 with single bed and a cot. There is a separate bathroom upstairs with bath and shower

DOWNSTAIRS:- 1 single bedroom . A separate shower room which is wheelchair friendly.

 As you are in the heart of the village you are close to all amenities, i.e shop, butchers, cafe , church etc.  There is a fantastic 4 mile walk by the Easkey river to the sea and along the coast road, not to be missed, esp before breakfast ....  Enniscrone is just 15 minutes drive and again you can walk the beautiful sandy beach and just feel you are the only one on the planet, let the sea air blow all your troubles away.  Waterpoint has an indoor pool and gym with steam room and jacucci if the weather is not suitable for outdoors. If you want something different visit Kilcullens Bath House for a Seaweed Bath, brochures are available with details of all treatments.

 The house has wheelchair access and guide dogs are welcome.

The Lounge room has a solid fuel stove and there are turf available for guests to use at all times. There is also a flat screen television with video player.

The sunroom has very comfortable cane furniture and  a flat screen television for your enjoyment.

A barbacue is available should the weather be kind.

The drying / laundry room has washing machine, dryer, shower and toilet plus hanging place for wetsuits etc.
