Welcome to Benwiskin Centre, which is situated in the relaxing picturesque rural area of North Sligo.
Here you can enjoy views of the Benwiskin Mountains, the nearest village is Cliffoney and it is located about 4 miles from the hostel.
The hostel was once an old school but has been restored and renovated to offer comfortable and affordable hostel accommodation. Room breakdown consists of 26 (bed in mixed dormitory 4 -6 Beds). Ground floor bedrooms are available and bed linen is supplied free.
Facilities include
a travel cot, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, hairdryer, room with DVD and TV, herb garden for guests use. Ensuite facilities, oil central heating, bike hire, car parking.

North Sligo has much to offer in terms of Irish History and Heritage. So take the time to explore, travel, capture and enjoy the wonderful scenic beauty of this area. Places to visit include Drumcliffe Visitor’s Centre, Innishmurray Island, Streedagh & Grange and lots more.
Directions to the benwiskin centre
From Belfast,
travel west on the M1 and travel towards Enniskillen, travel on the A46 to Belleek and than the N3 to Bally Shannon. Travel on the N15 towards Sligo and just before the village of Cliffoney you will see a sign for Benwiskin Centre/Ballintrillick signposted, turn left, Once you have turned left at the Ballintrillick sign you can follow the road for 4.5km. Travel over a small bridge and take the next left turn at the crossroads, the hostel s located less than 1.5km along this road on the right (before church).
