The local Hawk’s Well Theatre hosts a programme, which includes plays, musicals, classical and contemporary music, throughout the year. The Sligo Abbey, Yeats Memorial Building and many more tourist attractions are located close to the hotel. The hotel is situated opposite the popular Quayside Shopping Centre and overlooking Sligo Bay. The famous Yeats Summer School is held in Sligo every August.
