The house has a comfy sitting room with an open fire, a large kitchen/dining room and a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room, all on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower, a family bathroom, and twin and double bedrooms with wash hand basins. All linen and towels are included. The house comfortably accommodates 6 people.
There is a large garden with a pretty patio area and ample parking.
Features include TV, DVD player, radio, CD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron, and vacuum cleaner.
Oil-fired central heating is paid for by meter at a very reasonable rate, and electricity is extra (meter reading on arrival and departure).
Local Activities: beach, fishing, golf, horse riding, and forest walking, surfing, seaweed baths, culture and heritage, cinema, and theatre.
We ask for a refundable damage deposit of €100 payable on arrival. The house is non-smoking inside. We cannot accept pets.
