Ravens Rock Farm is a beautiful 3 star self-catering holiday home located just 5 miles from Sligo town in the quaint village of Ballisodare, County Sligo.
The home is situated on a great working farm in a tranquil, peaceful setting beneath the scenic Ox Mountains. The traditional farmhouse consists of two bedrooms, the facilities here are great with finely crafted wood ceilings, fully fitted kitchen and comfortable sitting room and games room with pool table.
Ravens Rock Farm is a good base to tour the North West. Sligo is just 5 miles down the road with its great pubs, restaurants and local crafts to purchase.
If driving - Travel 3.5km from Ballisodare on the N59 – take the third turn to the left.
Knock International Airport – approx. 40 minutes drive from Ballisodare.
Sligo Airport – 10 minutes drive from Ballisodare.
Train Services are available from nearby Collooney village to Dublin and a bus service is available from Ballisodare to Dublin, Galway, Belfast, Donegal etc.

There are 2 bedrooms in this house, each room containing a double and a single bed. Both rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.
Bed linen is supplied free of charge. Towels are available for hire.

The living room is a great place to relax with an open fireplace, timber floors, T.V, DVD player or why not choose a book from the selection of books from the book case.
The kitchen/dining room has all the mod cons needed for you to enjoy your stay including washing machine tumble drier, electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
The bathroom of the house is located upstairs with an electric shower.
A Welcome Tray with tea, coffee and homemade scones await you on arrival.
At the back of the house is a spacious garden with garden furniture and a portable BBQ. Also beside the house is a large games room with a snooker table, great for keeping the kids amused on the rainy day.

Ballisodare Village is situated at the mouth of the Owenmore River, which is renowned for its salmon fishing. It was where W.B. Yeats’ pope ‘Down by The Sally Gardens’ was penned.
