This Sligo B&B is ideal for both relaxing holidays or a business trip.  Your hostess Maureen McGowan has been welcoming guests to her Award Winning magnificently situated luxury bungalow in Grange, Sligo, for numerous years. You will receive a homely Traditional Irish Welcome. Maureen holds a Failte Ireland Irish Welcome Award for her outstanding hospitality.

Mount Edward Lodge B&B, Sligo, is located the shadow of Sligo's dramatic Benbulben mountain with panoramic views that overlook the Atlantic Ocean, Innismurray Island and the Donegal mountains. These stunning and dramatic views can be seen from all rooms which also look onto the Grange B&B's landscaped gardens.

Mount Edward Lodge, County Sligo Accommodation is situated in a scenic tranquil location off the main Sligo - Donegal N15 Road. We are approximately 8 miles (15 mins drive) from Sligo Town and 2 miles from Grange Village.

From Dublin Airport:
Proceed Southbound on the M50 towards the Toll Bridge, after the Toll Bridge take the exit off for the West (Lucan). Take the N4 for Sligo and remain on the N4 until you reach Sligo Town.
From Sligo Town:
Proceed on N15 Road towards Donegal where you will pass Drumcliff & The Yeats Tavern Restaurant continue straight and then you will see a restaurant Henry's on your right hand-side. Continue for approx 1/2 mile, you take the 3rd turn off to your left and proceed going straight, through a crossroads down a narrow road. You will see the sea and mountains then in front of you and Mount Edward Lodge is located in the left hand-side. It is signposted 'Mount Edward Lodge' on the main road.
Coming from Donegal:
Upon arrival in Grange Village you continue through the village pass the Hall, Church and School which is on your right hand-side. Take the next turn right opposite Moran's Pub towards Streedagh. Continue straight for approximately 2 miles until you come to a crossroads then turn left, from the crossroads you can see Mount Edward Lodge on the hill. Again this is all well signposted.

While the accommodation.was excellent the fact that i.could.not get breakfast prior to 8.30am was a huge disappointment. I was there on.business and had to.be at work for 8. there wad no flexibility on the owners part with regard to changing the time. I paid full rate but had to forego breakfast.
