Everything was excellent, especially the friendliness of the staff. Will recommend to people.
The Glasshouse is a very unusual hotel, very retro with a very psychedelic decor which is fine initially however after a few Guiness not so good! Our overall opionion of the hotel was good, the reception staff were very helpful but the staff at breakfast seemed a little inexperienced and when it was busy it got a bit chaotic.
I love this hotel - rooms overlooking the river are great - staff well trained and very nice enjoyed my stay - maybe a little expensive for room only basis.
Lovely accommodation, friendly welcome from reception. Management of restaurant on Sunday could have been more polite after all we were paying to stay in the hotel.

The Glasshouse Hotel offers a truly unique experience. My husband and I enjoyed the modern, artsy atmosphere, as well as the hotel's proximity to the town's shopping district. The free parking for hotel guests was also a plus. Our only issue was with the internet, as we were not able to access it through the television in the room, even after being charged for it. We would definitely stay at the Glasshouse Hotel again, though.
