The hotel is fab. Staff very friendly & helpful. It was a busy weekend because there were Graduation ceremonies on at the I.T.,but there was plenty of staff to deal with the queues for check-in. Very lively music in the bar that night, wonderful atmosphere. And finally, there was plenty of parking. Keep up the good work.!

Good hotel but very big and difficult to travel inside. We had 2 rooms separated at each side of the hotel and it was difficult to meet one another.
Reception staff were very nice and friendly. Some of the waiters/waitressing need better training, how to clean a table in the restaurant. There seemed to be no private lounge for residents and to have people scattered all over the entrance while family friendly looked untidy. The stairs should have been hoovered throughout the day as it was often covered with popcorn. The bedroom was great and soundproof -first time I ever found that in a hotel so A 1.
Nice Hotel, maybe a little too far from the town centre for those dining out.
It was a most impressive building/hotel. Locating our room was a bit confusing, but we managed to figure it out. We would suggest that the front desk provide guests with a map of the hotel in order to make navigation a bit easier for people. Thank you.
The Hotel is lovely, the grounds are fantastic and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were really very nice and helpfull. The restaurant was very good. The only thing that I didn't like was that the room was previously occupied by a smoker, and there was a stale smell of smoke.
Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating, pity the residents bar closed early though
