The house is furnished elegantly and equipped to a 4-star standard. There is a large, secure, south-facing garden with patio and garden furniture - an ideal play area for children!

From Sligo, take the N59 to Ballina. At Dromore West, turn right to the R297 to Easkey. In Easkey village, cross the river, then turn right after the bridge. Take the right at the Surf Informaiton Centre into Riverbank. Drive towards the sea and take the last turn on the left. No 20 is on the corner.
Easkey has some of the best surfing in the area, with beautiful seaside walks right beside the house. The River Easkey which is one of the best salmon rivers in the country runs right by the estate. While the River Moy is only a 15 minute drive away. Enniscrone beach, golf courses, swimming pool and seaweek baths are also only a 10 minute drive from the house. The house is the perfect base to explore Sligo, South Donegal and Mayo.
There is a food store and pub 100metres from the house which you can walk to in two minutes. Fishing, restaurants and the beach are all only a stones throw away.
The three-bedroom house has a master ensuite bedroom with a double bed and a futon. The second bedroom has twin beds, which guests can fit together if they wish. Bed linen is available to make this a king-size bed. The third bedroom contains single beds that can be assembled together or separate as required.

The house contains a lounge with an open fire, DVD/CD player and SKY TV. There is a well equiped kitchen.dining area with gas hob, Neff double oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a utility room where you will find the washing machine, dryer and a large size fridge/freezer. The bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge. And if you do not fancy cooking, there is a restaurant on site. You will find outstanding scenery on your doorstep.
