Description

This property is situated on 20 acres on the shores of Lough Key, with the front of the house facing the lake. A  paved patio area is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A games room contains a pool table, dart board, and table tennis. Lough Key Forest Park amenities are just across the lake, a 15-minute boat ride away or 5 minutes by car.  Devote at least a day to Lough Key Forest Park:  You can take a boat around the lake and down the Boyle river to Cootehall. Boat hire can be arranged at the house and is very good value for money. There is plenty of wildlife living at the lakeshore and around the house. Deer are particularly plentiful, as are rabbits and foxes. Three donkeys reside at the property, but these are fenced in.  If you wish, bring along bikes to enjoy the long, safe- traffic-free road from the main gates to the lake. Bike hire is also available from the house.

There is a total of 4 bedrooms. 2 double and 2 twin all of which are designed and decorated to the highest standard. The master double bedroom is ensuite with Jacuzzi bath and shower. There are two further ensuites. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor and one is on the first floor.
The house was designed to have the living area on the first floor so as to take full advantage of the wonderful views over Lough Key and surrounding country side. Bed linen and towels are included.

The property has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fullly fitted with oak cabinets while the dining area has a wonderfully large dining table comfortably seating 8 people. There is a large patio area off the dining room which overlooks the lake. The sitting room is a great place to relax with 2 comfy sofas and 3 large armchairs also Open Fireplace, TV, and DVD Player, from here you can also admire the stunning views of the lake and surrounding countryside.

Outside is a garden for guests with a large patio area with garden furniture and BBQ
