Shannon View Cottage is located half-way between Athlone town, Co. Westmeath and Roscommon town, Co. Roscommon, on the main road, and is very easy to find.
From Athlone town (15 min drive), take the N61 and follow signs for Roscommon, pass the turn-off for Hodson Bay Hotel, continue straight on for approx. 6Km. Cottage is on the right hand side of the main road.
From Roscommon town (15 min drive), take the N61 and follow sign for Athlone, pass through Knockcroghery village and Lecarrow village. Pass the church on left and around the next bend it’s the first cottage on the left hand side of the main road.

Rooms

The property has 3 Bedrooms, all decorated to provide comfort and warmth.
Room 1: Double bed tastefully furnished with double doors opening onto a balcony with views of Lough Ree and paddocks, with T.V.
Room 2: Velux windows with beautiful views of the night sky. Featuring two single beds with wash basin, beautifully decorated, a favorite with children.
Room 3: Located on ground floor with one double bed tastefully furnished and cosy.
2 bathrooms consisting of toilet shower and wash-basin in each, one on ground level.
